Etta was wonderful in assisting my fiancé and me to purchase this home! We had been searching for months because we were very fickle on our price range, and where we wanted to be so it was a bit of a struggle for a while. We are new to Florida. We met Etta while we were in our old residence. She provided relevant and appropriate information, ideas, and thoughts on the different areas that we were considering. She kept in contact knowing we were not ready since we had to sell our house and other matters. Other Realtors® lost interest knowing we were not “immediate” buyers. When we arrived in Florida she met with us and worked with us at our pace, listening to our desires, doing in-depth research, and showing us houses. We hate high pressures salespeople and she is not one of those. A great experience! We would highly recommend Etta to people who are fair, reasonable, trusting, etc. It’s hard to find an agent that you can trust and don’t have to ask yourself do they have my interest at heart.
Etta was wonderful to work with. What she may have lacked in-market expertise, she more than made up for it with dogged determination and perseverance. At the time, I was looking the market was saturated with eager snowbirds fed up the harsh winters up north gobbling up reasonably priced properties right and left. After putting numerous offers on properties, only to be outbid, Etta was determined to find a house for me. And in May 2019 I closed on a terrific house in the neighborhood I really wanted.
